I’ve added another line on to my account and I need help with the billing / understanding it due to it not making sense on my O2 but I can’t speak to anyone and I’m worrying about it - what can I do?

If you need that sort of help, as we have no access to accounts, you need to call O2 on any of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

0800 587 4005 is the best to call.
