Hi I'm really frustrated with o2 at the moment iv been a customer of o2 since bt cellent think from 2002 I'm a self employed taxi driver my work has totally decimated from the coronavirus outbreak iv a mortgage to pay iv car payment insurance payments basically in a bad point my phone has been turned off for 2 week now iv tried contacting them to discuss this at no prevail I think it's a disgrace now I just got a message from o2 saying there forwarding my details to a debt collector very well done o2 to a customer of 20 years in a time like this I will be losting this on social media as well absolute disgrace
