Where were you calling to generate that price? Either way we have no access to your account though you could check My O2 for a bill breakdown...http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Either that or call CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Expensive lesson learnt to check call charges before making the call, not afterwards.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Very expensive but out of allowance charges are listed under your tariff.

O2 will not send me e-mail breakdown why I was charged 84.00 for a 25min phone call to report my landline and email had gone down. How else would I contact them to report it. Excessive charge by O2 who bill and take my payment. I will move this mobile and my wife's and sons as soon as the contract ends in July 2017.

You don't need an email breakdown as it's all broken down in My O2. Failing that give them a call.  Unfortunately we add customers can't see your bill here

To avoid calling service numbers you can use apps such as "sayno to 0870" etc.

Quite a few apps but I think saynoto0870 is probably the best. I used it all the time in the uk .
