I actually paid the wrong bill today instead of paying off my device plan I actually paid the airtime one instead which normally comes off by direct debit can I get that changed

i just want to speak to an actual human but everytime i try all i get is virtual nonsense is there an actual telephone number i can try that i can actually speak to someone
