Hi ,

Basically I’ve looked on my o2 account and it says the device plan is overdue payment ! This isn’t the case and was paid on time the exact same day as the other payment , if I click make payment it says I’m up to date ? Has this happened to anyone I really don’t want this affecting my credit score when I’ve always paid on time never missing a single payment

It can sometimes take a while to catch up but you'll need to call customer service to check.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
