Hi

The day before lockdown my son took out his own contract. Originally he was on my contract and I was paying his bill. So he got his phone on a temp number and asked for his original number to be transferred to his new phone. Which is what happened but it did take a while to go through. He gave his own bank details and set up the account. On my contract his devise plan was all paid up.

The problem is is that I am still paying through my account his airtime and he is also being billed for his number.

Can someone help please ?

Regards

Jacki

Hi @jackio

You need to speak to O2 as you are currently paying for his airtime, which needs to be cancelled.

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

All numbers for O2 are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

@jackio

If the options come up then press fraud, or lost/stolen. Anything to get you through.

Have you tried 0800 977 7337 in the guide above?
