I have needed to speak to someone regarding my bill. I was made redundant due to the Coronavirus and I am struggling to pay my bill. But I haven’t been able to speak to anyone regarding this and aura has been no help and the online chat isn’t working.
What am I meant to do to discuss this and try and come to a solution.

Sorry to hear that. You will need to speak to the payment management team about this. 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I have tried speaking to them and every time I call they say that they will only deal with upgrades or fraud cases. Then cut you off so it seems that they don’t have any staff in the office to take calls regarding billing & payments
