I have tried my hardest to speak to payment management team for the past 72hours. I have called and called and received the same message they to busy and end the call. I have serious mental health and need my phone. Which 02 are every understanding about and always help where can. But I cannot get through and if I get cut off. I loose contact with the outside world as it’s our only working phones. I want to make a payment ASAP but cannot get through to anyone and make sure I don’t get cut before I can pay the full balance . If I could pls get some help. I’m so anxious and scared right now
