I have tried my hardest to speak to payment management team for the past 72hours. I have called and called and received the same message they to busy and end the call. I have serious mental health and need my phone. Which 02 are every understanding about and always help where can. But I cannot get through and if I get cut off. I loose contact with the outside world as it’s our only working phones. I want to make a payment ASAP but cannot get through to anyone and make sure I don’t get cut before I can pay the full balance . If I could pls get some help. I’m so anxious and scared right now

I feel your pain every month this has happened to me and I work in the gas emergency industry if my work cannot reach me on my work phone which they hardly can due to country side signal they get me on my personal phone which is the o2 number....it’s a disgrace that they are not following through the phone calls or replying
