Can I get a list of calls and texts to my phone on my bill

Your bill only shows outgoing calls and texts.
You need to check your phone log for incoming ones.

I can’t check phone log as it wasn’t backed up but got wiped by accident

You could try asking customer services by calling 202.
I think that's the only chance unless you have your call logs backed up anywhere?

Hi guys, hope you're having a good start to your new year.

Just checked this on our end as well just in case anyone else is wondering the same about incoming calls/texts info. Sorry to say that customer service doesn't have access to this info - the only way to see this would be through the call log on the phone I'm afraid. 😞
