I have a billing query - I appreciate there is currently a cut down support service, but I can't find a way of sending an e-mail or message to O2.
Any thoughts?

Thanks for your reply. I am unable to get through on the phone so was looking for another way. Perhaps I should cancel my direct debit and they'll probabnly get in touch with me - but it seems a bit extreme.

Try Skype @DavidL
You could try Skype on 0800 032 1402 if the usual numbers are busy

The first contact you'll get will be from a debt collection agency.
O2 will sell your debt on instantly rather than chase you themsleves.
