Billing issue

I have company account and for last 3 months I am being billed £15 extra for voice calls.

I get more than enough allowance included and I am sure it is an issue with the billing.

 

Please could someone look into it?

Is it possible that these are international calls or calls to premium rate numbers which are not included in allowances?
