Hi, I have been charged £5 additional charges for last month for travelling to Greece but I got a txt from you saying that Greece was free for data. Please remove this charge

This is not customer services. 

 

Check your bill, and check if your phone picked up one of the Turkish networks, it will show on your bill with a name like Turkcell.. if so the charge applies..

 

If not then call customer services on 202 or 0344 809 0202

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
