My device plan has just come to an end. For my air time plan it’s normally roughly £17. To have an email set today regarding my next bill and you have taken this up to nearly £21. I want to know the reasons for this and since I’m paying an extra £4 I take it you have gave me something in return?

I feel like this is poor customer service from o2. We are on lock down so haven’t really been thinking about a new phone but didn’t think o2 would rip me off either. This should be something that is kept the same untill I look a new deals

@Gemma7

There would have been the annual RPI added but it wouldn't have been £4.00

Thanks. I’ll try and get hold of one of the agents if I can in the morning. probably the best thing to do to find out what’s going off. Thanks again.

Have you actually looked in My O2 for a breakdown to see what the charges are for?

Did you have a discount that expired? Or was the tariff and phone prices not the way round you expected @Gemma7?
