Hi
My bill has been generated and i have significant data charges for my phone abroad. However, this is incorrect as the data did not work when i was abroad. I was on o2 travel and despite confirmation that this was 'active' it indeed was not working at all and therefore these charges should be removed

In addition to @jonsie's advice, you can download pdf of your bills from your MyO2, as described here - Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
If you had O2 Travel bolt-on, you could be charged a daily charge of up to £6 per day that you accessed cellular data or sent an SMS or received or made a call abroad.
Charges are a lot less if you were in a country covered by O2 Travel Inclusive, if your tariff qualifies for that bolt-on or if you have Volt benefits active, @JRowson
