Can someone please explain what Premium & Information Services are? I have been charged an extra £20.00 for these services on my current bill and have no idea why! I have been unable to contact O2 directly so i thought I would try this route.

Drill down to see the exact number in myo2 to find out what charged you and in the links enter the number. Then complain directly to the company that has passed the charge to o2 .

You must have clicked a link or entered a competition. Facebook is a favourite for spreading these scams..... win a car, iPad, £250 shopping vouchers etc.....
