Don't really understand why if I have a direct debit set up you are calling and texting me to pay my bill. Now I can't call out to call you and have no access to landline. No live chat. Not very impressed by this when I left another network to join, paying a fortune to leave old contract.......!

O2 should have created it automatically check your bank and look in myo2 to see what it says.
Apart from that you will need to use live chat when available.

are you on a refresh tariff ? if so are 2 direct debits in place?
But can you borrow another o2 mobile and ring 202 to discuss the issue?

yes refresh tarrif, i wasn't aware I had to do that I just gave my payment information as per any other setup.
have no access to another o2 phone or shop in remote location
