Hi,
I have received a bill for £76 along with a Notice of Full Services Restriction for a number I cancelled in December 2019.
I have tried the number provided on the letter but there is no option to speak to anyone and live chat is not enabled on the website.
Obviously I want to clear this up asap but I have no way of doing so other than paying the amount in full but as the account should not be active I am unwilling to do so.
Any ideas?
