my parents are not fine and I am in India , my billing payment is not on time this month as I am coming back to London in October , so will pay my bill in October as right now. Not having much credit In my account .
kindly do not bar my services and don’t think I am a bad credit customer as I always paid on time and will pay on time once I am back to London .

This is not O2 and if you don't pay, you will most likely be cut off.
You need to contact payment management.
