Is it just me or is the billing system broke? I just get 'there was a problem' if I try to look at one of my accounts.
Support is 'offline' too.

All good here, @woodmj - try a different browser, or if using Chrome, clear cookies as per this example:

If you have joined multiple accounts under one overarching account, it can need a call to O2 to fix, though - if you still need help then the Social Media teams will be on hand, just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
