I have been billed teice and need to know who to contact or what to do

If on a refresh contract you will get 2 bills, one for airtime and one for the device plan.

If there is an error you need to call 202 from your phone to speak to customer services.

Is this a new contract? If so then see the advice above. If not call customer service on 202.
