Hi, I am a new customer, having signed up to VOLT on Virgin media.

Just been billed a full month, the day after my order, SIM hasn't even arrived yet, can't get any help on the website, as the number is of the SIM which hasn't come yet. I will be using a PAC code to migrate my number when it does arrive. Anyone know why I've been billed upfront? Coming from Virgin mobile, who bill for the last month's usage.

O2 bill a month in advance.

You are billed in advance for standard airtime.

Anything above that (mms, premium call etc.) Is paid in arrears.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
