I ordered a phone and contract on 27th August and got a bill from O2 for the first month on the 28th August (payable by 11 September), the bill was for the period up to the same day the phone arrived (it arrived on the 28th) and before I have even transferred my number or set it up. I realise these are automated events by month but this is making me want to trade it in already. I’ve paid for a month I couldn’t use - my number is still not transferred yet and won’t be until Tuesday probably since it is a bank holiday weekend. Not a great start to a relationship with o2.
