Hello, I signed up for 02 on saturday, my sim hasn't yet been delivered and i'm just wondering why I have already had a bill for £16.58?

Your first bill is generated immediately (this is so that the sim / phone can be used immediately, however, for telephone / online sales, O2 will refund the days usage upto the point that your receive the phone / sim.
The first bill includes a day or 2 usage plus one full month which is paid in advance.
