Hi, im new to contract phones and im abit confused. On my bill it says lates bill amount: £19.10 then balance*: £0.00. I thought that meant it had been paid but when i clicked on view  your lates bill it says total amount due £19.10. So i dont no if it has or hasnt been paid. Help please slight_smile

I expect the zero balance applies to previous bills which of course you haven't got.

 

Amount due usually means it hasn't been taken yet.

Normally a balance of £0.00 means your bill has been paid. If your latest bill amount is dated more than 14 days ago then you have probaly paid if you have a direct debit set up. You can check your last payment in My O2.
