Hi, why does my bill start from 18th November when my SIM has still not even arrived yet?

The account commences from the date it is ordered

First bill is within a couple of days as you pay a month in advance

Due date is after 14 days of the bill being produced

Your contract starts at point of ordering and you pay a month in advance.

O2 will refund you the time between ordering and receiving if you contact them.
