You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 who’ll find a solution that’s right for you.
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

It can take 48 hours for payment to clear O2's account. If you've only just paid, that time will probably be longer as the long Bank Holiday weekend is upon us.

If you want to avoid problems like this in the future, set up a Direct Debit when you call Payment Management.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
