Hi, I have a contract by which I can call to Europe Zone for free, but my last bill I have been charged 28.85 pounds for calls to Spain. I don't understand what has happened and I would like no to be charged this.

International calls are not free from the UK

All are charged at £2.00 per minute

An International bolt on is available for calls at a reduced rate which costs £3.00 per month

If you have this then calls to spain are 2p per minute to a landline and 9p per minute to mobiles
