i have paid my final bill and still received another bill for £24.92 Please help

Just to add , I have left o2 and received a final bill ,which I paid ,now 3 weeks later got a demand for £24.92 saying amount overdue and a a late payment change of £6 will be added , worked very hard to get my credit rating up and I am worried this will go against me .

As per my earlier reply, call O2 this morning to ensure your Airtime has been stopped, as it sounds like your Device Plan has been paid off.

Thanks for advice to ring o2,did this 3 weeks ago asked if this was final bill ,told yes this will close account down ,surely when you use your pac code this closes your account and generates a final bill as my number is now with my new provider .Tried ringing o2 , answer machine said please ring back after 8am, it was 8.06 when I rang , ??
