i have tried to pay my bill three times, two card payments and one pay pal payment all through the my O2 app but O2 are saying i have not paid my bill and have suspended my services.
i was on hold over an hour onl for the line to go dead and i cannot speak to anyone on online chat, i am not happy i cant wait to be free of my contract in a fe months.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

i have tried twice i sit on hold for over an hour and then the phone goes dead
