You need to speak to the Payment Management Team, they can be contacted on 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Even speaking to payment management won't prevent you being disconnected as it's done automatically by the system
All you can do is call them after to see if they will remove the restriction until the 9th September
