Hi @Monthly_bill - nobody on the forum here can access your account - you need to call O2 via 202 or contact them via Social Media, links below, to find out what is eating into your monthly payment, @Monthly_bill 

You can also check your bill detail yourself via MyO2 as shown here: Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
