Hi 

on my last bill, I was charged twice once for £12.60 and again for £10 for airtime discount charge!!! Can anyone tell me what this is?  I have unlimited calls and texts and 20g of data!!!

If a previously discounted tariff period has ended it will now be added on.

If not, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
