Hi, I joined 02 on a sim only as I couldn’t get a phone contract due to my age.
I got the contract out on 22nd February and a payment of £18 was taken on the 23rd February. I’ve received a notification saying I’m overdue on a payment from the 9th March of £18 and that it’d charge me an extra 3.50 on my next bill which is the 22nd March (my payday) , I’m confused how this would work as I’ve already paid, so I’d be paying twice this month

Your first bill explained here

You’ll get your first bill within four days of joining O2, and you’ll be charged 14 days after you receive it. Your official billing date is usually the date you joined us, and it will be the same every month.

If you joined us on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, your official billing date will be the 1st of the following month.
