The guy Name Meezan said to me that he will sort out my error bill and manager will call me within 24 hours. Still no response been 4 days and got an email that my services will be stopped soon. 13 times i have called 02 no service at all.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. There won't be anyone available today.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
