How can I actually speak to someone at02?

I have tried for days and days to actually speak to someone about my bills please help

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. It’s a free call

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

@Stephen3605 All we have are the numbers you've been given. You just have to keep trying. Calling at 8 am is the best chance of getting through.
