Hi all,
I'm wondering why from now I have to pay £40.05 not like before £39 a month? Just wanna say that 6 months ago I ordered O2 phone and new contract from mobile phone direct where I should pay 39 a month and receive a cashback after 6,9,12,15,18 months? Thanks for any help

@Justyna87

The annual rpi price increase is included in this month's bill and you'll need to check the terms and conditions of your contract to claim the cashback.
