@Magdalena1 You need to speak to customer service as soon as possible. If you don't, apart from having to pay what you owe, you will be disconnected and then have to pay a reconnection fee. Your phone access will be limited until you pay what you owe, but that's better than no phone at all and further charges.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
