@Rocky2  This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service. Do not ignore the issue. If you don't contact customer service you will be disconnected. Call on 202 from your mobile. Don't use Live Chat. Best time to call is 8-8.30 am to avoid a long wait. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

If you cannot use your phone to call, you can call for free from any phone or Skype on 0800 032 1402.

Customer service will set up a management scheme to help you pay your bill, but be aware that this will restrict your phone usage. Good luck. Hope you get your problem sorted.
