I am struggling to pay my phone bill everyone month as my income has changed recently, I pay £76 a month and can’t afford it anymore. Is there any way of lowering the cost ?

@Courtney1 You need to speak to customer service. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus Call. Do not use Live Chat. They may be able to work out a payment plan for you, but it will curtail the use of your phone.

The only way to lower your bill would be to pay off the device plan if on a refresh contract.
This would leave you just the airtime bill to pay if you wanted to keep it going or you could cancel the airtime for free and switch to sim only or PAYG.

It's imperative that you call them straight away and ask for the payment management team before your next bill. Call 202.
