I bought a new iPhone today and I checked my phone there and it said I Was due to be billed tomorrow, I was told I would have at least 5 days notice, is there any way of changing this , or could it be a fault?

Yes and the payment date will be the same every month. If the date isn't convenient you can change it to a more suitable date by calling 202 free from your mobile.

Your first bill is always a couple of days after purchase but payment is not till 14 days after the billing date. You always pay a month in advance.

it wouldnt be a fault with the phone, when is your bill due though, as it is an accounts issue, you are better off speaking to cs, call 202 from your mobile, live chat, contact us at bottom of page then click live chat
