Hi,
As part of upgrading I was promised that you would pay off my last device plan - then I would move onto the refresh plan.
this has not be honoured
I have called x2 202 and had varying degrees of responses - one frankly dismal
therefore I would like the extra charge removed for my old phone - otherwise I would have waited to upgrade, ludicrous
plus the customer service today has been towable

Who promised you, was it a cold call?? or did you phone up to do it...
There is nothing anyone can do from here, and I hope you have lots of proof if it was an inbound call or a store, as you will need it, as you persevere with Customer Services as there is nothing anyone can do on the customer to customer community
