Hi I have a pay monthly sim and I had a late fee paid paid it off and my sims still not working could anyone help me please ? I paid two payments on the October bill plus another £8 today and still not on

@Am152- It takes several days for funds paid to clear O2's account and as you've paid on a weekend it will take longer. You can speak to the Payment Management Team in the morning on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
