Hi,

 

Hope you're well? I just wanted to find out why my bill is too high? And is there someway I can cut my bill down please? It's way too high for me.

@Hulanda123 if you go into MyO2 it will show you a breakdown of your charges, depending on what these are and why it will either be a need to potentially change your tariff to have a greater allowance, or for you to create a spend limit on your account so you don't go over (for example premium calls / texts, etc).

 

However there is also the possibility of a technical blip, if this is the case then you'll need to call O2 to get them to correct
