I have been charged way too much on my bill. I'm thinking of changing my network altogether if that's going to happen. You have left me with hardly any money to live since you have took such a large amount of me. £136.96. Because of that now I can't heat or feed my house, that's a ridiculous amount. I know I was late paying before but that is because we had a death in the family and I had to pay funeral costs etc. You have really left me struggling with this bill. There must be something you can do? Or come to an agreement with me? Pay it in installments? Rather than taking such a large amount from my account. I'm barely going to survive this week after that. I've not even been able to use my calls or data either, I only use my phone when I have WiFi. Please sort this out or I'm seriously done with o2.

Hi @Samzo97

Sorry to hear all this but this is a community forum and not O2.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202

or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

Best of luck.
