Hi there I owe 15.64 on ma bill and I have been threated that use will cut my fone off and make me pay my outstanding balance of 344.00 now as it is only 15.64 02 gave me a never to call but won't let me call it as use have cut me off a suffer from realy bad mental health issues and would like someone to contact me so I can get this sorted as there is no way a can call u if my fone is cut off if I get any more threatening mails or txt  I shall take this further

If you don't pay your bill O2 have every right to cut you off.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
