It can take upto 48 hours after a suspension and bill payment for all bars to be removed.
The only people who can help are customer services on 0344 809 0202 you can try live chat if it is available at https://o2.co.uk/contactusc
I would always advise making payments for suspended accounts over the phone as they can take the bars off instantly
