Hello,

I received an email saying my services have all been suspended due to a higher than normal next bill. This bill is due to be paid 11th September.

My current bill due to be paid on 11th August by direct debit.

They want me to pay off my next bill to take the suspension off, but I cant do that when the current bill hasn't been taken yet.

Help?!

I need access to calls, especially with 2 young children and no landline. My phone is my only way of contacting anyone

@Bex5 You can call customer service using Skype or any phone on 0800 032 1402.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.

The 0800 number isn't available until 9 am.
