Why’s my bill more when I signed up it was £39.20 now it’s saying it’s £45

A few possible reasons.

Your first bill is always higher due to pro rata charges to align your billing date.

You may have made calls or texts not included in your allowances.

You may have charged something to your account.

It should all be explained in your MyO2 and there's a billing help page here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/your-bill

Another reason is that you could have signed up on a cash back deal, and the monthly price you saw was after the cashback was added.
