If I pay my bill early will 02 still try to take the money on the date it’s due or not? 🥺

@Troy1 I believe that if you pay at least 7 working days earlier than your due date, your Direct Debit for your current month won't be taken. If you pay in less time than that, your payment would be seen as a credit towards your next month's bill.

Our community member @jonsie used to work in banking. Perhaps he could confirm this?

Has @Bambino says if you pay within 7 days of the Direct Debit due date the Direct Debit will be taken as normal.

Unless you cancel the direct debit and then reset it up, but that can cause other issues, so I wouldnt recommend it.
