have sim only plan for £22.92 which is high. Inbetween , I had to visit India for 2.5 weeks for a family emergency. I checked some roaming plan included or was included via online. No more details was there. Tried to reach o2 but failed. I had to switch on sim to get OTP couple of time. Now I received £134 bill. I can't pay the amount as I is too high. I tried to contact o2 several times via chat and phone but failed each time. Now I know that the amount will be deducted automatically from my bank. Can anyone help me please?

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
